Peterborough American Kenpo Karate – Presents ‘One Big Seminar 2009′.
This year we have invited some old friends to come and demonstrate their Arts.

  1. The Seminar will include demonstrations, Tile Breaking, Freestyle Sparring, Flow Drills [Empty Hand, Stick and Knife] including the visiting instructors arts.
  2. There will also be a chance for Photo sessions with the visiting instructors.
  3. A must for any serious Kenpoist.

    As well as the Escrima drill I am working on the links between Wado Ryu and epak , As there are some real connections and it what I am to present in the USA in October
    Plus would you like me to run the BE SAFE Programme Only for senior grades it 40 mins that could save some ones life and not for the faint hearted !!! Its not a self defence thing
    I am possibly the only Home Office approved martial artist teaching this stuff
    Any well done on the open door policy it makes all much better people
